Some Personal Thoughts
We've all been there-- trying everything to fix it. Program after program, extreme nutrition, no fat, no carb, no this, no that. What is it? I have all the tools. I even have certifications in nutrition. This time I am listening to my body. I am going to treat the whole body -- mind, body and spirit. Ok, you say, that sounds good but how? I know everybody is different and there is not one program for all people. I am just going to share my plan, and how my plan evolves throughout my journey.
I will be journaling for myself. I have a wonderful circle of friends that helped keep me positive and have been my cheerleaders through my health ups and downs. I know they will be there. Remember weight loss is 80% diet, 10% exercise and 10% heredity. Most of all, I am loving the body that I am in on the way bettering my health and fitness. We have to appreciate what we have. We can be so kind and supportive to a friend, a family member or even a stranger. Why can't we be kind to ourselves? Don't you think?
