A variety of classes is what I teach. They are appropriate for all levels of fitness.
Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind dance fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Blends body-sculpting techniques and specific dance moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. We use weighted, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength. You may elect to use light weights if you choose. You will be amazed at the amount of calories you burn during this workout.
An aerobic class which uses a chair for a fun challenging strength training and toning class. If you think this class is easy, think again!
This class is a fusion of old school step class and dance moves.
Combining aerobics and hula in a fitness class. You will definitely work your lower body. This class will leave you feeling like you are in the islands.
Current dance moves along side "old school" dance moves and interval training all done to fun music that tones your body and burns fat. To keep the participants moving, "Old school", hip hop, Latin and other musical styles are used. Be ready to use weights, fitness balls and other equipment in class.
Half of the class is abdominal work and half is stretching. This class will leave your body refreshed.
Routines that help tone and strengthen your body. We use free weights as well as a variety of other equipment for this class.
New to fitness? This class teaches the basics and is a lower impact version of my Latin aerobic class. (30 or 50 minutes)
Blends body-sculpting techniques and specific dance moves into low impact calorie-burning, strength-training class. We use weighted, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength. It is similar to the Latin Toning class just geared to the beginner student or someone who likes a low impact workout.
You will move through strength training stations and you will dance. You move through them throughout the class. It still has the music and feel of the dance class that we love, only different! Another version is an interval training class without stations. (55 minutes)
This class focuses on body awareness and the breath. You may use different equipment to assist you in stretching. A meditation ends this class and leaves you in a peaceful state of mind.

Things to Remember for class:
1. Remember to bring a towel, and bottled water or fitness drink. Good athletic shoes or dance sneakers are a must.
2. Bring a good attitude. Be open to learn something new and be ready to have fun!
3. Come on time or early for class. The warm up is important to keeping you safe. It is also respectful of others. Thank you!
